Watch el parra menos parra MoviestoWatch. Only two of the nine Parra Sandoval brothers are still alive: the eldest and the youngest. Óscar Parra was born in 1930 in Chillán, and developed his artistic life far from the academic classrooms of Nicanor, the European stages of Violeta or the bohemian stages of Roberto.
